TAO Consulting reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program or intervention if necessary. In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full; however, TAO Consulting is not liable for any incidental expenses incurred by clients or participants. Clients or participants who cancel within the specified deadline will receive a full refund, while cancellations made after the deadline will be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds will be issued once the program or intervention has commenced, unless otherwise required by law.

Payments for individual programs and coaching sessions must be made in full before the program starts. For client interventions, payments are to be made partially in advance and partially upon completion. All refunds will be processed within 15 days of cancellation confirmation and issued via the original payment method.
